Kearns publishes an annual meeting schedule. Community Reinvestment Agency meetings begin at 6:00 PM, with the regular City Council meeting immediately afterward at the Element Event Center, 5658 South Cougar Lane (North Ballroom). The October 2026 meeting is October 5 instead of the second Monday because of Columbus Day.
Agendas, minutes, and audio recordings are posted on the Utah Public Notice website (utah.gov/pmn) under Kearns Council (body 5823) and Kearns Planning Commission (body 1561).
